End Your Pain & Symptoms

‘The site of the pain is rarely the source of the pain’ Egoscue Method

When suffering with pain in your back, neck, shoulder, knee and/or hip, it’s important to look at the body that you take to an activity that might be causing your pain, rather than thinking of the activity such as running, your job or lifting a heavy object is the cause of your pain. For example; if running caused knee pain, every runner would have knee pain and that’s just not true.

The body is interconnected and when we do not move enough, the resulting muscular imbalances and compensations can lead to pain, abnormal wear and tear and joint degeneration. Improving your posture can get you back to enjoying activities pain free and can also  increase energy, maximise your mental and physical capabilities and protect you against future dysfunctions.
