The Egoscue Method is for anyone who is limited by chronic pain or a lack of functional mobility. When you are in pain your body is trying to alert you that something is wrong within the body.

Posture Alignment Therapy treats the body as a unit, for example we don’t treat the site of your pain or symptoms, we address the underlying cause or source of the problem by returning the body back into alignment and eliminating the dysfunction to allow the body to heal itself naturally.

 Posture Alignment Therapy is a completely hands off approach. The method is designed to provide you with the E-cises (exercises) to make permanent changes in the body. The key to the success of the Method is due to the sequence of the exercise and the consistency of performing them. All the exercises are performed by you, this puts the control of your health and wellbeing back into your hands. I believe personal responsibility is the key to becoming and living a pain free life.
